Too often items advertised as genuine turn out to be clones. Difficult to trust on line purchases but I now have 100%confidence in this supplier. Emailed my concern. Very prompt reply with reassurance it was genuine Dell part. Purchased at a very reasonable price. Arrived within 48 hours well packed. I've just installed it. It looks identical to the battery removed and is currently working happily in my laptop. Included was a gaurentee for replacement or refund. You can't ask for any more. I feel guilty for being suspicious but there are replacements costing more and genuine items from known established companies costing £15 more. So genuine article, works as it should (so far!) great value, great service, 100% satisfied. I'd buy another happily when I need one.
